Changes: 14 days from the date of delivery in perfect condition, with no visible wear. Buyer should pay for return shipping if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and replacement is not our fault.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order received, please contact us.
Please note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:
Damage caused by an accident
Poor care
Normal wear and tear
Degradation of colors and materials by solar radiation
Returns / exchanges of products in contact with water will not be accepted.

If you consider that the product you purchased does not meet the initial requirements, you have the option to request a refund.
You can receive a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with your order: you have purchased your products in the last 10 days and want to return them. We will arrange the refund as soon as possible after we receive the items from you
- The product you purchased is completely inoperative
- You have not received the product in 60 business days or 90 business days
Please note that refunds may be refunded within 3-5 business days to your account.
